A flight number provides us with your flight arrival information, which helps to keep a check on issues like flight delay or cancellation. If you don’t know it at the time of booking, it can be provide it at a later time.
The operating hours are 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. For service outside the operating hours (service between 23:45 p.m. and 7 a.m.) an extra 20 euro per rental will apply. The early/late service fee applies only for car pick-up and not for car return outside the office hours and is auto calculated at checkout.
Rental days are calculated on a 24-hour basis, starting from the vehicle pick up time and are flexible for any extra hours. The total is calculated at the time of booking. No surprises!!!
No, you will not lose your reservation and it is preferable to inform us about the delay. In addition, there is no fine, but if service is offered out of the operating hours, due to the delay, an extra fee of 20 euro will be added to the final price.
Bookings through our online system are auto confirmed. When you get a “Pending” status a quality control in the back stage is in process and usually it get’s confirmed within couple of hours. You get notification about the change.
Yes. You may choose the pick up and drop off at the time of booking.
You cannot drive a car without a driving license. However if one of the additional drivers has one we can still proceed with the rental.
Transporting or driving the car outside the main island of Rhodes is not allowed.
All rentals are paid on delivery the day of car pick-up, unless otherwise prompt from our online system.
If you should have the misfortune to suffer a breakdown, or envolve in an accident you should immediately contact OTUS CAR rental office.
If your hotel is located in one of areas ( Afandou, Stegna, Faliraki, Lindos, kalithea, Ixia, Haraki, Pefkos) we will deliver the car to your hotel and you can return it there as well, by simply giving the keys to the reception.
For remote places in Rhodes Island an extra small fee might apply. You are kindly requested to provide us the info at the time of booking.
No. We offer Free Cancelation. You are kindly required to notify us 48 hours prior the delivery.
In case of key loss, you should contact us. Our personnel will bring you a replacement key. Key loss is not covered by insurance, so extra charges will apply.
